Aeterna has a powerful emotional vibration..... it brings up a lot for people.......

and you will see what others experienced....similar to your experience.....as I mentioned, it brings up a lot for people....... it especially assistsmen in having heart openings.... as the men need to get in touch with their emotional body... This album is dedicated to the healing of the heart....and one of the ways we are going into the new age, and the new vibrations, is to handle the emotional body.

Aeterna tends to bring up a lot of feelings, sometimes a lot of buried issues. It tends to penetrate the veil of tears held in every human heart. I've received a fair amount of feedback from listeners that it was "hard to listen to at first" as so many feelings came up. Meditation teachers wrote me to say they had to turn it off in the workshop as so much was coming up for the participants. Eventually these same people came back to me to say that after repeated hearings they could listen to it again. If one simply continues to listen, the music will actually process the feelings and handle the areas that need healing.

The way the tones work is that they activate and bring to consciousness whatever needs to be healed. What needs to be remembered is to simply breath through the feelings, and open wider to let the emotions pass through. For it one resists the feelings, the healing can't happen. Simply dive in, and surrender, and feel it all.

The tones are naturally redemptive, in that there is always "an answer" in the music, that heals and redeems whatever was brought up. The music has, encoded within it, the healing for those feelings. It's like a sonic healing therapeutic bath for the heart.
