I've seen so many colors
that anyone could see,
but they just don't want to,
coz they say they're happy now.

But I'd like to show them
what they have never seen,
if they'd open up their eyes
and open up their hearts.

There is blue for you and the rain,
there is white for me
and a summer's day.

There is red for blood and pain.
There is green
for what is innocent,
clean, and great.

I'd like to tell them
of things that never happen to them,
if they would just listen to me,
if they'd let me touch them truly.
As I've seen so many colors
