Itt vagyunk egymagunk, az éjszakában hosszú még az út.
Gyengülnek lépteink, vállainkon túl nehéz a múlt.
Földereng a pusztaságon túl az óceán.
A víz szagát hozza már a szél
És égi jelt kapunk,hogy zarándoklatunk véget ér.

Nézd a hajnali óceánt!
Hulljon gyűrt ruhánk s térdeljünk a fényben!

Nézd! Rongyos szárnyaink,csorbult karmaink
Tűnnek már az éjben.

Nézd! A hajnali óceán lemossa porruhánk
S tisztulunk a szélben.

Nézz! A Nappal szembe nézz!
A fényben az égig érsz s megpihensz talán
Az ezüst óceán hajnalán.

Emlékezz! Volt idő, mikor értettük a farkasok szavát.
Emlékezz! Volt idő, mikor együtt követtük szörnyek lábnyomát.
És emlékezz egy éjszakára, éjszaka jött megint
És azt hittük, az ég mindig sötét.
Ezért bánt, hogy itt vagyunk, mert zarándoklatunk véget ért.
