Where can I find you?
In the darkness of the
unknown,
in the silence of my heart,
in the beauty
of my dreams,
or in the acceptance
of my pain?
Where can I find peace?
in the calm of the night,
in my own solitude
or when I'm here,
writing you letters
that might never be read,
singing you songs
that tell you
what's going on
with my life,
the memories
we've made,
the dreams
we've built on.
Where can I be with you
and only you?
In the infinity of
the sky,
able to share
a space without
end or limits,
when we're
finally sane,
ready to fly
like angels,
free to touch each
star,
eager to ask the moon:
'why do you still
feel so blue?
can't you see
I'm no longer alone,
I've got my dream,
we're together now,
we just need a chance
to make up for the past,
to live up above what we
still have left'.
